Around the Home: Newborn laundry, healthy snack and meal prep, bottles/pump parts cleaning and sterilizing.
Newborn Care: Sharing the most current evidence-based information around feeding, sleep, soothing techniques, diapering, swaddling.
Family: I work closely with partners and family members while keeping mother and baby top priority.
Rate: $55 an hour for both day and night shifts

Personalized daytime postpartum support. Together we will create a schedule that works for you, and I will be with you every step of the way.

All night presence to enable a family a full night's rest, knowing that your baby is well cared for and supported. During the night I support mothers with feedings, help establish a nighttime rhythm, diapering, swaddling and soothing newborns after feedings. I love to leave the house straightened up and newborn laundry washed and folded. When bottles and pump parts are incorporated into the nighttime routine, I wash and assemble all pieces and leave everything organized and ready to use. The overnight care I provide benefits not only the new mother but the entire family.

Pre-birth Consultation:
If you would like me to come to your home pre-baby, curious about things you have, don't have, need, I can help you before baby even arrives so that you feel confident you are set up well. At that time we can review baby care as well or do that after baby arrives. Book at any time and pick my brain however you need.
